Fees & Insurance

My services, as a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC), are usually covered by extended health care plans and employers. Please check with your plan provider for specific details on coverage. If you do have coverage, we provide direct billing with selected providers: Green Shield, Blue Cross, and all providers under Telus eClaims (for a list of insurers that accept counselling claims under the eclaims service please use this guide.)

 

For TECK employed families coverage through Sunlife has increased to $2500 per person but must be submitted directly to the insurer.  For TEACHERS the most recent BCTF agreement has increased mental health coverage to $1200 a year and added clinical counsellors as authorized providers. If you belong to a homeschooling association you may be eligible for funding that covers counselling. Please inquire with reception.

Payment is due at the end of each session. Accepted payment methods are cash, cheque, debit, and major credit cards.

 

 If you need to cancel or re-schedule an appointment, please provide 48 hours notice via email or phone. If you miss your appointment or do not provide 48 hours notice, you will be charged the full session fee.
