WHAT IS COUNSELLING?
Counselling is a professional, confidential relationship that helps you understand yourself better, work through life's challenges, and make meaningful changes. Unlike a psychiatrist or psychologist who may diagnose or prescribe, I listen, support, and guide you toward your own solutions.
People come to see me for many reasons — anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, family conflict, grief, major life transitions, or simply feeling stuck. There is no issue too small or too large to bring to counselling.
My approach is built around you. I take the time to understand your needs, values, and goals before anything else. Using active listening, empathy, and practical tools, I help you understand how change can improve your quality of life — and support you every step of the way.
Everything we discuss is confidential. Our work together will always be grounded in mutual respect, empathy, and a deep commitment to your autonomy and wellbeing.
If you're wondering whether counselling might help, the answer is probably yes. Reach out and we can figure it out together. You can book in here.
